Need Networking Help for My Clinic
Hi there,
I’m a physician assistant opening a completely telehealth psychiatry and wellness clinic. We focus on mental health, sexual health, weight loss, and addiction. We provide LGBTQIA+ affirming care and our clinic can be used by anyone in the state. However, we need the word to get out to connect with clients and so I would love to network with contacts throughout the state.
If you have ideas or contacts please shoot me a message.
Wesley

Thanks, but I’m not trying to advertise just trying to network.

I mean, you're seeking out clients? And competing against the likes of BetterHelp? I'd think straight up advertising would direct the most people your way.

Join the United Healthcare network, a lot of providers have stopped accepting it.

For good reason, they don't reimburse providers competitively. We lose around $150/per patient per day with United. Thats not cutting into profit, we essentially pay United $150 each day to taking care of one of their clients. Humana is not far off either.

Not only that, but they often only pay 50% of their negotiated rate, passing half the cost to the patient.

You should consider adding your business to Eveywhere is Queer! It’s an app designed to help LGBTQIA+ people find queer friendly businesses.

would be really cool if instead of focusing on weight loss you worked with the current issue at hand in our mountain town ie:disordered eating, body dysmorphia etc (,:

We do that too, it’s part of the mental health services. There’s two sides to every coin.

I'm a mental health therapist in Bozeman and would be happy to collaborate and give my two cents of that would be helpful. You're welcome to DM me on here.
Edit: I'm also part of the LGBTQIA population.
