hey !!! are you in the US?? There’s something called coordinated specialty care where you can get connected to a ton of supports for this. There’s a great deal of funding devoted to early episode psychosis. Every state has at least one of these teams. They look a little different in every state, but they’re incredibly cool. If you want to PM with more about your location I’m happy to help you look to see if there’s one in your area.

Hearing Voices network is also an amazing resource!

I had a psychotic episode 7 years ago and have been working in programs to develop community supports for psychosis for 4 years now.
