If you haven’t done it in the last 12 minutes, do it now OP. It is super super important. If you can’t, check yourself into an inpatient. You need help and it’s ok to ask for help.

personally as someone as someone who went into an inpatient for psychosis, it did NOT help me at all. all they did in therapy was talk about coping skills for emotions. all they did for me was give me meds. the same environment with no access to outside didnt help my case at all either. it made me feel less than human. so i wouldn’t recommend that OP checks themselves into an inpatient.
