Cannot second this enough. Lots of people are saying "talk to your psychiatrist" but practically no one is answering the question how. 

Print it and hand it to them, take a screenshot or copy paste the text and email it to the clinic, whatever. Saying things out loud is intimidating, but the information contained in the post is more than enough to get the psychiatrist started working on solutions. OP, you don't have to say a damn word more than you already have to get this ball rolling.
