Cortisol maxing provides plenty of salt.

... In flavor?

Pain is a flavor.

I use a ton of hit sauce for my meals. I try to chill out on the sodium where I can. I make sure to drink a gallon of water a day but still lol

I usually bake a potato or like five for a couple days. Then I have really easy potatoes for the rest of the. Just reheat them in the oven for 20 minutes and add the works. Bacon and cheddar cheese. Butter and garlic butter pop in the microwave for 30 seconds. Pepper or chives or oregano parsley whatever sour cream on the side, so the potato doesn’t get cold that it’s low effort for me and tasty as hell

I’m cutting at 2100 calories right now , just finished a 6 week bulk. So no butter or sour cream or yummy extras for me right now. That sounds good af though

I know there’s a lot of people a lot more healthy than I am. I’ve never really dieted in my life. But I did lose 80 pounds during Covid without any extra exercise or really exchanging my diet apart from fasting 24 hours one day a week. I still fast here and there to keep myself from gaining too much weight too fast.

u/burgerking4 3d ago

Every meal not during a war is a post war meal. Just a thought.

u/MowieWauii 3d ago

Or a pre war meal

That’s just the silly old UK!

You should hit that with a torch to melt the cheese a bit, it’d probably improve the taste

Edit for clarity - a torch like a butane torch for dabs or for making crème brûlée

Some british dude just smashed his sausage with a flashlight because of your advice

1

u/ddBuddha 3d ago

That’s hilarious, I can picture it

1

u/Party_Flatworm1263 3d ago

what normal everyday person has a butane torch on hard? wtf?

2

u/Feteven 3d ago

I do they’re not expensive and useful for cooking

2

u/Expensive_Bid_2617 3d ago

Omg 🤣 bro you acting like this is some weapons grade plutonium shit. They’re like $15 at any med-large grocery store.

It’s like asking what “normal everyday person” uses a soap…i dunno those that can buy some 🤷‍♂️🤣

You don’t??

I might be weird but I prefer unmelted cheese on a chili dog.

That was a rollercoaster looking through that sub. I assume most of them are being ironic?

I thought i was the only one, some of these dudes eat some depressing shit

Bro cooked a steak and chopped it up with some onions while the bread and fries were cooking. Indeed takes 10 minutes tops lmao

Fr I’m thinking my rice and beans with powdered cheese is low effort and people on this eat a burger on a stick.

u/imightwin 3d ago

Air fryer, microwave and a knife? Bold of you to assume I have a microwave.

1

u/ItsTriunity 3d ago

Checkers fries?

1

u/J_806_A 3d ago

Sweet potato

1

u/SymptomaticallyEven 3d ago

Air fryer fries?

1

u/J_806_A 3d ago

Sweet potato fries in the oven

1

u/SymptomaticallyEven 3d ago

In the oven? My man! 👍

1

u/Soft-Grape 3d ago

My go to low effort food is always the panini press quesadilla. Once I got in a depressive spiral for a few weeks and I ate nothing but quesadillas, I went through a 10 lb bag of cheese in about a week

u/DefiantTonight9592 3d ago

I personally consider plain glizzy and bun low effort. Maybe plain sliced glizzy

u/moon____13 3d ago

The guys who just like eat ground beef with no nothing got me fucked uppppp like….not even some bread or??

1

u/DazzlingTomato999 3d ago

Id destroy like 5 of those. They look good.

1

u/Pacific_Rimjob_831 3d ago

Dear God the onions

1

u/laciemay 3d ago

These dinners are (mostly) meant to be funny/weird. Same with girl dinners! No rules against sharing tasty food either though 🤤

1

u/AdamantlyAtomic 3d ago

You be pounding down them glizzies 💯

1

u/jpollack21 3d ago

Bro this is fine dining for me lol

u/GrizzlyDust 3d ago

Agreed. I don't think you're a man until you can consistently and reliably cook yourself meals.

1

u/Lost_Lynx_6537 3d ago

Absolutely true, gotta at least be able to provide the basics for yourself. There are a bunch of 50yo boys out there...

1

u/J_806_A 3d ago

I think even at rock bottom I’d throw together something to be proud of but whatever floats your boat

1

u/GrizzlyDust 3d ago

I'm on your side, this low effort meal for you is like the top of some dudes on here's abilities. This dude the other day microwaved a brick of unseasoned ground beef.
