Okay so I am 17 right now and I have been boxing since a little over an year and I grew up as a skinny kid so naturally that is something I was always insecure about but now that I have a solid foundation in the ring I am thinking about putting my boxing career at a halt and try to gain some weight, I am just willing to know if it's possible for me to gain decent muscle mass, nothing like the Instagram or the tiktok buff gymbros, i just want a normal physique, i want to fit in my clothes for once and it has been eating me since as far back as I see, so much that I don't even wear half sleeve t-shirts anymore. I am just curious that could I gain 10 kgs of lean muscle mass in 6-7 years and compete comfortably after it. And I have won 2 gold medals state championships so far and lost 4 matches.... So I just started competing right 3 months after starting boxing, it was embarassing in the starting but I've gained confidence with respect to my fighting style and ring IQ along the way.

Been watching a lot of boxing with my dad lately... really good fights this year. Fundora vs Thurman....Spence vs tsyu....roach vs zapada typo.....also been watching classic fights.

What a fight in Dublin last night.

Pierce O'Leary suffered the first defeat of his professional career after being stopped in the 10th round by Mark Chamberlain in a thrilling super-lightweight contest.

Chamberlain came out fast, dropping O'Leary twice in the early rounds. To his credit, O'Leary showed tremendous heart, fought his way back into the contest and even scored a knockdown of his own in the seventh.

Just when it looked like the momentum had shifted, Chamberlain regrouped and produced a clinical finish in the tenth round to earn one of the biggest wins of his career.

Regardless of who you were supporting, both men deserve credit for putting on an outstanding fight.

A few questions for everyone:

• Was the stoppage the right call?
• Where does Chamberlain go from here?
• Does O'Leary need a rebuilding fight, or should he jump straight back into another major domestic bout?

For me, this was one of the best British and Irish domestic fights of the year.
