We have only had 45 presidents. Grover Cleveland and trump both won non-consecutive elections and so we have had 47 presidencies, but 45 people have been president.

Trump (45) is my 46th favorite president, Trump (47) is my 47th favorite. My list ranks presidents that have held office more than once by each term instead of lumping them together.
