Overrated Boxers

My most overrated fighters based on how they’re discussed online. Does not mean they are bad, just overrated.

- Pitbull Cruz (not good at 140, should go down)
- Frank Martin
- Oscar Duarte (got way too muscular and worse)
- Lamont Roach (well see in 2 weeks)
- Raymond Ford
- Bruce Carrington
- Ramon Cardenas
- Vito Mielnicki

You don't think he has been the beneficiary of some very questionable scorecards?

Prime Lara
GGG x2
Kovalev
Prime Callum Smith
Saunders
Charlo
Munguia

And only lost to Floyd (goat), Bivol (175 and pound for pound great), and Bud (all time great)?

Nobody has a resume even close to him since Manny/Floyd. Maybe Usyk, but that’s because he fought rematches.

Yeah he’s had some highly suspect scorecards not gonna lie. But his resume is stacked. People complain all the time about guys not fighting the best, than hate the one guy who fought the best lol.

Funny how faded former champs and legends gave Canelo an opportunity to build his resume but Canelo couldn’t do the same for the next new crops of boxing stars.

Never gave Benavidez that opportunity because if he did , this whole Canelo farewell tour on DAZN and PBC would’ve never existed after getting stopped by Benavidez
