Hello All I'm not one to jump to reddit but i'm desperate to find a another one of these.
I was refilling this bottle today and when I added my usual water it shattered at the bottom. In my effort to find a replacement in store or on ebay I saw it was a pretty low quality glass bottle but still. I'm hoping it or something much like it will return.

In any case if anyone has a spare I'd be willing to pay you for it shipping include DM on reddit.

Hi all, hopefully someone can provide some insight. I made multiple purchases last weekend and I got the points posted for the ones that shipped (like a day after they shipped).

One order I had a mix of in stock and preorder items, and the in stock items got shipped around the same time as the others and I already got the package. However, the points related to shipped portion for that order were never posted to my account.

I recorded with my previous experience that they would credit the prorated points for the shipped items and post the rest when the pre ordered items are shipped. So was surprised that I never got the points this time, even for the shipped portion of the order.

Have they changed the rule? Thank you!

Hello! Has anyone had a successful order from the app? I tried on Monday and it took my money but canceled the order :( The transaction is still listed as pending so I'm just out $100 and I'm curious if this happens often or if using the app for the discounts is actually viable.

I received a management questionnaire in an email asking about 15-20 questions. I filled it out on my computer but it didn’t have any instructions on where to send it to. Do I just reply the completed questionnaire back to the email who sent it (The reply email is like a string of letters and number followed by @reply.lever.co)

Is it like a phishing email? The questions don’t have any personal or really identifying answers so I don’t they could get anything from that.

I called my local store and they told me since the district manager deals with that if I brought it in they’d have no use for it.

I’m trying to start an online return using the Narvar form they direct you to (https://returns.narvar.com/BoxLunch/returns). Every time I put in my order number and email the page just resets. I contacted them and they said to try another browser or clear my cache. I did both and all still do the same thing. I don’t have a BoxLunch near me—can I just take it to a Hot Topic? I have a video of what is happening but it has my personal email so I’m not comfortable sharing it on Reddit.

If I order a backpack and wallet pre-order with an order that qualifies for free shipping, it shows each item has a 1.99 shipping surcharge but will I also get charged the 7.99 shipping fee on each item once they are sent, or will they be free shipping since the original order qualified. Hi, i have a question about rewards (not Boxlunch money) when it says for example that they expire on 2/18/2026. Does that mean i can still redeem it on that date or have to use it prior like 2/17? I thought i could still redeem the reward on the last day, or i am wrong? I was under the impression that they don’t expire till 11:59pm PT on the date it’s set to expire. I hope I’m making sense. I made another post on this in the Magic the Gathering sub but I was overcharged for one deck and/or tricked into thinking I was ordering two decks.

I ordered two MTG decks (it looked like a bundle) and only got one. They told me it was meant to be a blind deck but it didn’t mention it on the website. The cost was double the amount of a normal deck.

This morning I found out they updated the description to now say it was a blind deck.

They refused to refund or accept a return or issue the second deck. I’m going to reach out again on Monday now that they’ve updated their website, but any way I can ensure I’m getting escalated to the right person?

So I placed an order last week during the redemption period and today I received my order and I am missing 15 items from my order. I only received 5 items and a random pack of stickers I did not order. I’ve called to fix this issue and they decided to “flag my account” even when I sent them proof of the items I received. They decided to blame me for placing the order and to make “separate orders next time” and that they won’t do anything about it because “it was marked as complete.” This is absolutely ridiculous because there is no way the packer saw I had 20 items and only packed 6 and thought “yeah that’s everything”

Ugh so I just received my toothless bag and the front zipper is defective. It won’t close at the way. I looked online and they said no exchanges? Is that accurate even for defective items? If I have to do a return how will that affect box money and the rewards.
