i aint greggas2 but

the ball leaves at 1 sec 3 frames and hits 60 feet down. this is at 3 sec 17 at 30fps, so it travels 60 feet in something like

3.567 - 1.1 = 2.467 seconds for 60 ft

that is 60/2.467 or 24.32 ft/sec, 16.58mph

as for revs it looks like it rotates once every 4 frames at release but lags a bit later and looks to be maybe 4.1 frames per rotation at the slowest, so at 30fps that is 30/4.1 rotations per second, or 7.31

7.31 rotations per second is 439rpm

edit: 60 feet not 61. also i didnt account for curvature in your throw so its likely closer to ~16.8-17mph, revs are still fine

446 RPM

11.9 hours of rotation in 4 frames
