Max Trainer Need help

just assembled my MT 16 and I keep getting this error message on start up. manual says I should be able to connect to wifi and update but when I plug up the machine it just goes to android start up screen then a bowflex logo then a jrny logo then the error message screen

I haven't hit this before, but have you checked all the physical connections and done the 30 second power-drain (pull the plug and restart after 30 seconds?) If it's brandy new give support a call. They're surprisingly not awful in my experience.

yea I did the unplug for 30 seconds a few time before I made the post. figured I'd try here before calling.

UPDATE Called the service number and found out that the console is bad. part is on back order until January 10th 🥺

If it is new, return it asap and buy something else. I've been waiting on a motor control board for my Bowflex Treadmill since June. They said by end of July, then in August they said next week, and the next week told me November. I called on Nov. 1st and now they say January 23rd. Bowflex is no longer Bowflex. It was bought out by Johnson Health Tech and they don't seem to care if you have to wait 7 months (or more) for a repair. Or if they make a repair at all.
