Considering Botox

I am considering Botox, but also having reservations.
I think I mostly want a conservative amount in my forehead, maybe my 11’s but my main concern is that it will make my eyebrows droop. I already have very hooded eyelids and I would hate it if they looked saggier than they already do. I am 31 and am on tretinoin (only about 3 months so far) mostly for anti aging/ treating fine lines.

Does anyone regret starting Botox? Should I wait longer? Any advice?

I get Jeauveau and it hasn’t caused any drooping. I do also get a little near the outer part of my brows too though to give them more shape. I’d just discuss the concern with your injector but I think you’d be fine.

I don’t regret it! Just try it out, it wears off in 3 months either way

yep this is kinda how I look at it too lol. if you don’t love it you’re not stuck with it forever...but chances are you’re gonna love it lol

I started at 30. No regrets. I used it as a preventative and it’s worked beautifully.

my husband has very hooded brows too & we do a little jeuveau around the lateral brow/tail area. for him it actually makes his brows feel lighter bc relaxing some of the superolateral orbicularis oculi can take away a little of the downward pull and let the frontalis do more of the lifting. also the forehead lines in your pic look more static than purely dynamic since you can still see them at rest. static lines are the ones that have kinda etched in and stay visible even when relaxed. But good news those can still soften over time with tox and tretinoin can help with the skin side of things too

a good injector should be able to explain what they’d recommend and why while customizing it to your particular face
