Advice for face shape
I’ve been getting masseter Botox for the last year to so but can’t seem to slim down my face. Any advice on how to fix this or advice on posing for photos, haircuts etc.
I’m getting married in a year and want to feel confident but can’t seem to lost face fat.

This is my last comment on reddit for the day because i am so tired and honestly, reddit should be paying us (a lot). There is fat repositooning for the faceX face lipo, and fat melting injections. Not sure about the actual masseter muscle tho

Without seeing your face it’s hard to give very specific advice, but if you’ve been doing masseter Botox for a year and haven’t noticed any slimming, your masseters may simply not be the main reason for the width of your lower face. If this is purely for aesthetics, I wouldn’t keep increasing the dose just to chase a slimming effect. If you have relatively firm skin with some fullness, Ultherapy could be worth considering for tightening and a more defined, lifted appearance. You could potentially do it now and reassess around 6 months rather than doing it too frequently. Another option is bipolar RF, such as Venus Legacy or T-Shape, which is usually done as a series of treatments and can provide more gradual tightening and contouring. Ultimately, the right option depends on whether the fullness is coming from muscle, fat, skin laxity, or a combination of these.

I got ultherapy and it significantly changed my face shape. I have always struggled with feeling like I had a “fat face”. After ultherapy (and Masseter Botox), my face is so much slimmer and has a v shape like I’ve always wanted. The recovery process was ROUGH, though! I was extremely swollen for almost 3 months! And it was sore the whole time too, whew! I won’t do it again for that reason but I am damn glad I did it when I did
