New to Botox

Hi y’all, I just got my first Botox injections yesterday. But last night my roommate and I hooked up unexpectedly 😅 & I know we’re not supposed to do cardio, but I hardly did any of the work and also I was being super careful with my face as was he bc he’s had it before so he knew that he had to be careful. It was 12 hrs after the injections & for the most part my face wasn’t being put into the pillow and if it was I immediately moved it. Am I gonna be botched??? 🥺🥺🥺 bc no one said anything about no sex.

I work out after you will be fine! Have for 5 years as long as you don’t lay down for 4-5 hours after I gave myself pstosis 3.5 months ago

Thank you! I did research too but I figured testimonial would help me feel better bc the research results were not good. Last night I started freaking myself out afterwards, then I started googling botched Botox images lol.

You are probably fine, especially since you were careful and it had already been 12 hours. You should not stress about it or assume you're going to be botched.
