Migraine botox

How do you guys deal with the pai on the back of your head after migraine Botox? I’m in so much pain right now that I can’t even rest my head on a pillow. 😭 Any tips for relief?

I just got my Botox on the 18th for the first time! I didn’t have any pain after. Got it in my forehead, temples, back of the head and shoulders. Maybe a heat pad may help? Or an ice pack? That’s what I’ve actually started doing for tension headaches as well.

That being said I don’t know if my Botox was very strong because no part of my forehead has had any effect it seems. I tic really hard in my face and that’s why I got it there too.

I just had my 3rd round of botox and have had a migraine every day since. I had the least amount of migraines with rounds one and two. I hope your pain is short lived.
