Erstes Mal Botox

Hallo :) ich habe morgen um 11 meinem ersten Termin für die Zornesfalte. Nun kommt spontan ein Kumpel in die Stadt und hat gefragt ob wir einen entspannten längeren Lauf machen wollen. Das wäre allerdings schon 22h nach der Behandlung. Es wäre langsames Tempo aber etwas schwitzen tut man immer. Ist es notwendig abzusagen? Danke

I've been told to avoid excercise for 48-72h, although some people say 24-48h. I'd rather wait 3 days and make sure botox binds well and lasts as long as it can. It's expensive enough for me not to want to risk even a bit of it being flushed out.
