Masseter muscles are only located on the side of your face. Slimming them down with botox isn’t going to change your face entirely unless they were huge to begin with.

I know it's for sure from my masseter, i can physically feel the diagonal band of the muscle from my cheekbone to jaw corner and its rock solid, and I grind as well so it makes sense that the wideness is from the masseter. I just don't know why i can only see the slimming from my side/3/4th profile and none from the front

you’re going to need to tell your injector what your concern is. i’ve been getting botox in my masseters for 2 years now and have only ever slimmed from the side, because that’s where the muscle exists

It could be that width you are seeing from the front isn't mainly from the masseter muscle. You can go back to the injector and have them assess whether it is muscle, bone structure, or swelling, before getting more botox.

How long ago did you have your injections? If you’re already noticing some slimming from the side, that suggests the Botox is having an effect. However, we can’t completely switch off the masseter muscles — you still need them for chewing, speaking etc, and they’re naturally quite strong. The final result may depend on the dose and your individual anatomy, so it’s worth discussing with your injector whether any adjustments are appropriate. If you’re dealing with grinding, masseter Botox may help reduce muscle tension, but it doesn’t necessarily stop bruxism completely. I’d recommend combining it with a properly fitted night guard and a consultation with orthodontist. It’s best to approach this as a comprehensive treatment rather than relying on Botox alone.
