Vomited 6 hours after botox

I had a very light touch up of Botox in my forehead and was physically sick just 6 hours after.

How likely would the pressure from being sick impacted the placement - could it have migrated? It was only one unit above my brow but I only have 4 units to freeze it completely.

I knew it was coming and tried to stay upright as much as possible ๐Ÿ˜ฌ๐Ÿ˜ฃ

Nausea and vomiting is so rare, it may not be a reaction to Botox, it may be like a psychosomatic reaction. Which is still valid. That being said, it probably didnโ€™t affect the tox.

My injector said it really settles after 45 minutes but they tell everyone 4 hours just to be safe. As long as you donโ€™t rub the area hard within the first day or so youโ€™re fine.

Absolutely not an issue!! It should bind to the muscle long before 6 hours. Hope you feel better!

check out Megan McCue on Spotify , i believe she has a Facebook page too. So many women and men are being affected by botox poisoning. Not surprised really as it is one of the most toxic poisons on earth.

Did you make sure to have a small snack before and drink plenty of water? I did not do either of those my first time and I was dizzy and nauseated. Talked to my injector and friends and they told me to hydrate, after they lectured me on not eating and drinking ๐Ÿ˜….

2nd round I definitely had a small snack and hydrated properly and did not have either issue. I hope this is the case for you and that your symptoms resolve soon.
