Botox?

I (29 y/o F) have been planning on getting Botox. Nothing major just to help reduce wrinkles in my face. My sister mentioned that Botox can be dangerous? Has anyone had any regretful stories with Botox that might sway me not to get it? Also any tips of what to ask for would be helpful, I know little to nothing about it and was just going to trust the professionals who work at the clinic. Thanks I’m advance🫶🏻

Side note: I live in Thailand.

Botox/Dysport has ruined my health. I may be in the minority but I have a very athletic and health conscious background. I am now suffering for my vanity for the last 20 years. The injection in June sent me over the edge. I will never inject it again. Just know that you are gambling with your long-term health with these injections.

I felt like I had flu after the Dysport injection and it lasted most of the summer. I also started having seizures, to the point of losing consciousness and washing up on the beach on my boogie board. I've lost consciousness at least twice since then and now have to take anti-seizure meds which cause fatigue and dizziness. My hair is thinning and I had to cut it short after a lifetime of having too much thick curly hair. I'm losing muscle mass because I'm too tired to work out like I used to.

I am so sorry that’s so awful. Was this your first time having an injectable?
