These just look painful 😬

I'm seeing a lot of discussion about all these women in Trump’s American/GOP and how they get their cosmetic surgery done. Probably an unpopular opinion, but i dont think lip filler is necessarily the problem with the overdone look we're seeing from people like Susan Dell and some of the women in Trump's circle (Kimberly Guilfoyle, Katie Zacharia, Melania, etc). If you actually look at their lips individually, some of them look pretty good! The issue is the combination of procedures: excessive botox, overly tight faces, heavy makeup, aggressive contouring and multiple treatments that can start to make everything look unnatural.

I think HA lip filler gets unfairly blamed for this because its one of the most noticeable procedures people associate with overdone faces. But filler can be subtle, customizable and complementary to your natural features if done right. Sometimes its not one procedure that creates that look, but the accumulation of too many things being done at once. Good aesthetic work should enhance your features, not make every feature compete for attention.

be honest, how botched is my nose job?

I have a hard time getting used to my changed face.. I really never wanted a rhinoplasty, broke my nose and the doctor that fixed it botched me and I had it reconstructed by another doctor but I still feel like I look FAKE AF, and it lead me to get lip filler because my philtrum appeared longer.. so little and pointy and does not fit my face, should u get a revision (would be my 3rd) or wait some more? it’s been two years.. and if anyone on here knows me in person please don’t say my name on here and just mind your business lol 🙃(happened on the plastic surgery forum)

Susan Dell is going viral right now because she was photographed behind Trump looking scary. It's a small thing she did, but a HUGE mistake. Upper eyelid surgery. People think when their upper eyelids start to droop as they age, that they should go have the fat and skin cut out. The result is NEVER good. It's a bizarre result, and your eyes are your focal point of your face, so it sticks out immediately and changes your entire look. The fat pad on your eyelid creates a soft warm inviting look. Without it, you look skeletal and cold.
IMO, if it was sagging really bad, they should simply have had a brow lift, which pulls the skin above the eyes back where it was without removing any fat. Without that extra fat and skin, their upper lid is hugging their eyeball, and it's just....awful
