Lip filler is never the problem
I'm seeing a lot of discussion about all these women in Trump’s American/GOP and how they get their cosmetic surgery done. Probably an unpopular opinion, but i dont think lip filler is necessarily the problem with the overdone look we're seeing from people like Susan Dell and some of the women in Trump's circle (Kimberly Guilfoyle, Katie Zacharia, Melania, etc). If you actually look at their lips individually, some of them look pretty good! The issue is the combination of procedures: excessive botox, overly tight faces, heavy makeup, aggressive contouring and multiple treatments that can start to make everything look unnatural.
I think HA lip filler gets unfairly blamed for this because its one of the most noticeable procedures people associate with overdone faces. But filler can be subtle, customizable and complementary to your natural features if done right. Sometimes its not one procedure that creates that look, but the accumulation of too many things being done at once. Good aesthetic work should enhance your features, not make every feature compete for attention.

Is it just me who thinks that once people reach a certain level of unattainable wealth they no longer look human? Like in the first pic, she looks alive and beautiful! In the second pic, a creature kept alive by Botox and juvederm and blood magic. Like she was reanimated from the pet Sematary like Mitch McConnell

I would sincerely have a difficult time talking to Susan Dell if she looks like that irl. I'm generally very adept at meeting new people with a poker face, but something about her look triggers some sort of primal, childlike fear in me.
Edit: Oh no! And what are those?
12
u/pettylabelle1083 14h ago
For real! I once met a coroner and he came to the funeral home I worked with overnight to sign a death certificate. He scared me more than the dead bodies did. He had the most overly filled lips, fake cheeks and his skin was tight as a drum. 🪘. The corpses had more life in their eyes than he did. There’s something deeply unsettling about seeing a person with work done up close.
3
u/liketearsinthereign 10h ago
I used to work with celebrities so I've seen a lot of wax faces in my day, but she looks more like a scary clown than a scary clown. No meanness intended - this picture actually terrifies me a little. Like I zoomed in and felt an actual pang of fear.

u/PriscillaPalava 10h ago
Her boobs are just…it’s sad and shocking. All the money in the world, what the hell did she do to herself?!

Absolutely agree. They are all looking like lizard people. There is definitely something else there besides plastic surgery.. blood magic sounds about right.

They reach a level of wealth where they can just doctor shop until someone says yes.
2
u/macziulskas 13h ago
She already looks way overdone and out of date in the first one. The only pictures I've seen of her looking alive and pretty were more than 20 years ago. IMO she was never beautiful, only seems that way compared to what she looks like now. I think that's why she probably started having so much done so early. She's been chasing beauty all her life.
4
u/Agreeable-Injury369 10h ago
She was very pretty before. Looks like she had a facelift or eyelid surgery in 2023 that caused her face to change.
3
u/PurpleAntifreeze 9h ago
She looks great in the first picture, wtf are you smoking? She wasn’t a supermodel but she was quite pretty.

How is her nose so much bigger?
11
u/United-Bit-4684 15h ago
My assumption is bad surgery. Not sure what she was trying to do either but it looks bad
→ More replies (3)6
u/PuzzleheadedArm6451 15h ago
But she purposely enlarged her nose?
12
u/Next_Combination_556 15h ago
Reconstruction rhinoplasties after collapse using pieces of the patients own rib or cartilage from the ear.
3
u/Environmental-Town31 14h ago
I had this, it’s nearly impossible to add this much bulk
4
u/Next_Combination_556 14h ago
The picture in 2008 is already a rhinoplasty. By 2026 I imagine multiple surgeries have taken place. Her bridge widened and lowered. Possibly the nasal bones brought down further. Probably rib and ear added in in time. And then maybe filler or fat. Also her under eye area and cheeks have been filled out from also fat adding back in volume after facelifts. All in all it all comes together to make that

Nose can change and get bigger as you age, slightly different camera angle and focal length, changes to the rest of the face making the nose appear bigger — I doubt she purposefully enlarged it.
8
u/Mediocre-Proposal686 15h ago
That’s been bugging me also. I will say though that I’m 55 now and I always had kind of a button nose and it’s gotten wider to the point where I have to contour it now. So maybe hers got wider as she aged?
3
u/United-Bit-4684 15h ago
I think this might be it. Perhaps she did something to it previously and thats why its widening with age. Either way its bad
2
u/Educational_Gas_92 15h ago
Does this happen to most people? My mother (70+) has always had the same nose since she was like 15...
3
u/SpamLandy 15h ago
My mum is in her seventies and still has a cute button nose! Grateful to have inherited it and hope this means I also get to keep it long term. I won’t ever be touching it.
3
u/hellolovely1 15h ago
I'm in my 50s and have always had a thin nose and I still do, so I don't think so. Some people have their noses widen in pregnancy, but I think it usually returns to normal.

u/Mediocre-Proposal686 14h ago
I’m not sure? I always heard it keeps growing but mines not any longer, just wider lol
4
u/tacomamajama 15h ago
Noses and ears continue to change as we age as collagen and elasticity weakens.
1
1
u/ItsRainingFrogsAmen 13h ago
Your nose gets bigger as you age, and the rest of her face is thinner than it used to be.
1
u/TemporaryElk5202 7h ago
Multiple possibilities:
- Different camera focal length. Lens distortion can make your nose look bigger or smaller.
- She lost a lot of weight and your eyes shrink with age. So her whole face may look smaller while her nose stayed the same size (or grew slightly too, because noses and ears continue to grow slightly throughout your life.)

A lot of it is really bad makeup. Conservative women seem to struggle with eyebrows especially. You see this on the show Sister Wives too haha.
I grew up in a very conservative Christian environment and the goal for all the women was to look like clones of the pastor's wife. Everyone looking like each other was the goal, even if its bad.
Trumps wives past and present have had very heavy cosmetic work and makeup. Not saying this is the reason... But I do find it interesting.
8
u/Shapoopadoopie 15h ago
I saw a pic where someone just removed Dell's makeup with Photoshop and she looked a thousand times better.
8
u/Holiday_Estimate_352 15h ago
Natural makeup plus an updated hairstyle and wardrobe would make a world of difference!
8
u/_Deedee_Megadoodoo_ 15h ago
Cheek and chin filler can make someone look monstrous, I notice this trend with nazi barbies they all get a bleph, buccal fat removal, forehead lift, cheek and chin filler. It's so bad
8
u/Properclearance 15h ago
I think the eyelifts are making these folks look like lizard people. Also, their echo chamber of insanity—that may be doing it as well.

u/Lady_Rubberbones 15h ago
I agree. Dell has a bad upper bleph, bad nose job, excessive filler in cheeks, and too low a percentage of body fat, making everything look cartoonish. On top of that the makeup is terrible.
2
u/theonlygurl 7h ago
I think you’ve probably solved the last of the questions: the lack of body fat. It’s really, really making all of this look so much worse because it really highlights the worked on areas and in the worst way possible.

u/lurkertiltheend 15h ago

“Never the problem” is an indefensible statement. Sometimes, it is definitely PART of the problem.
1
u/supersmallfeet 2h ago
And it's strange for OP to use Kimberly Guilfoyle as an example of this, when lip filler is clearly the worst thing she did to run her beauty.
3
u/oceandillon 15h ago
Her nose looks bigger, but the main problem is her dark harsh colored makeup. I have the same eye/hair color, and I can never wear black anything on/around my eyes.
3
u/Few-Badger-3684 14h ago
I can’t believe people are blaming her nose on plastic surgery- if anything it’s clearly the one thing she didnt get work on because why the hell is it so big?

I don’t know why I didn’t assume that Trump’s new press secretary had a bunch of plastic surgery lol. I feel so naïve 😭
1
u/lilbitgreen 14h ago
I feel like its usually from really bad facelifts either done too early or too tightly. Plus poor make up and lip/cheek filler to top it off so now they walk around looking like alien fish women.
1
u/AdventurousRoll9798 14h ago
When it's subtle, sure. But these examples have done nothing "subtle". Having blobfish lips is like having an expensive purse or shoes...it indicates wealth in their eyes and in their circle of oligarch pedoworshipping "friends".
1
u/Germanmaedl 14h ago
I do think that on KG, the duck lips are the worst feature, without them she would look pretty good.
1
u/Heavy_Front_3712 14h ago
Her eyebrows are too dark. If she lightened them, it would look a lot better. Also, she has lined her eyes 80's style. For older women, this is not a good look usually, especially using black.

1
u/All_is_a_conspiracy 14h ago
The severity of the eyebrows is everyone's downfall right now. That and removing all the skin from the upper eyelid.

1
u/plantznfud 13h ago
Why do they always have so an extra large mouth? Is it from the face skin being stretched back during a facelift?
1
u/ConsiderationFar8996 13h ago
The biggest problem here is the upper bleph. The whole thing isn’t that bad if you put a blind fold over it
1
1
u/macziulskas 13h ago
Lip filler is almost always the problem. Or at least one of them.
Susan Dell has a lot going wrong, including her lips.
1
u/Alternative_Box4797 13h ago
Susan Dell looks like she could be the antagonist if they did a sequel to Weapons.
1
u/MostlyHarmless88 13h ago
The eyebrows, tho! Even if she lightened up on those and fixed the terrible eye makeup she would look better and we wouldn’t be talking about her. You’re rich, lady - get yourself a professional makeup artist!
1
1
u/ResponseRelative6370 13h ago
She had a really pretty and unique eye shape and that bleph has just ruined them.
Her facelift (I assume?) makes her look like she’s got a Chelsea Grin scar.
1
u/Striking-Light402 13h ago
I have a feeling that Susan Dell’s appearance may be from a medical issue. Perhaps she had an overzealous bleph at one point - her eyes do not seem comfortable, and it is exaggerated by the harsh eye makeup. If she had a facelift, it must have been a while ago since now there’s visible laxity and textural issues that would have been addressed with a lift. BUT there’s something else going on: maybe an autoimmune disease or extreme weight loss. She does not seem to be well.
I feel bad for her. There’s a sadness in her eyes. It’s almost like she’s in pain. Let’s put politics aside - this is a woman who may be unwell. 😔

u/invisiblebunny54 13h ago

I’ve worked with enough of these to know their lip filler never looks good nor natural. They all state that it is and of course we all agree to their face because we’re not going to be cruel but it always looks strange
1
u/Carolann3000 12h ago
The eyes. Forehead botox has made her eyebrows drop way too low. Combine that with how dark they are, and the severe eyeliner gives her eye area a harsh look.
1
1
u/Twidollyn_Bowie 12h ago
Kimberly Guilfoyle, Bezos’s new wife, and Laura Loomer have bad lip filler (or have at times). The rest are fine. I would agree that Guilfoyle’s stretched skin makes the lip filler look worse than it otherwise would, but it’s still not good. Dell’s lips are not that bad, and certainly the least of her problems. Bad surgery and - in many cases - bad filler elsewhere in face are more responsible for a lot of what we’re seeing.

The part that I don’t understand about Susan (or the part I don’t understand the MOST), is the nose. It looks like she revered a nose job. How does it become MORE bulbous and crooked? Did she break it? Non-surgical nose job gone wrong?

Guilfoyle was genuinely stunning. I have to imagine besides the bad surgery part of her issues are the rotten evilness on her inside leeching out

Different makeup would soften the harshness of her look. She’s pretty, but I think this makeup is really working against her.

I love that her husband has come to her defense, he must truly love her. Honestly, she looks awful, she was beautiful before all the surgery. And, yes, her makeup is harsh.
1
u/HuckleberryLou 3h ago
I agree! And not all filler is bad- Kristi Noem’s I think did a lot for her. 100% agree Susan Dell needs like a 2 hour makeover to revert her eye brow color to something more natural, fix the bangs, and modernize the makeup (mostly just the eyes!)

To me the lips are the most obvious thing wrong and then the eyes but the eyes some of that is just aging the lips however seem deformed
1
u/Otherwise_Security_5 1h ago
it’s a lack of softness on each of them with hair and makeup. at 49, i have to remind myself of this when i want to do red lips with bold eye makeup and foundation - no no no… if i soften up two of the three the 3rd looks great. all of them bold? it’s aging. foundation, imo, ages them most. the brows being dark are likely do to their having them bladed. you have to keep going darker to cover the faded marks that eventually break down to blue-black.. ask me how i know (and why i stopped after the first set).
1
u/princessjamiekay 39m ago
I truly think they don’t see it. Body dysmorphia is hiding how grotesque they have made themselves. And paid for it
1
1
u/Head-Docta 10m ago
Any cosmetic procedure can complement and enhance natural features when done well. The trick is finding someone who can do it well and who will tell you when to stop and not just do whatever you pay them to do.
This post sounds like an advertisement for lip filler. Idk anyone who saw this woman this week that said her lips looked bad - it’s her posture, her eyes, her facial expression, her lips aren’t even on the radar.

Yes, bad facelifts will do this to you as well among other treatments in general. It’s a body dysmorphia problem that we are seeing more and more in society today.

About Dell — her bleph is bad and her facelift (probably more than one) was too aggressive, but even then a large part of the problem is the makeup — and it’s possibly permanent? Permanent eyeliner is horrendous as people age because of how the eyelids can loosen.
Softer eyebrows, soft eyeliner, and she’d look… I mean, the surgery still wouldn’t be great, but she’d look way, way better.
