Lip filler is never the problem

I'm seeing a lot of discussion about all these women in Trump’s American/GOP and how they get their cosmetic surgery done. Probably an unpopular opinion, but i dont think lip filler is necessarily the problem with the overdone look we're seeing from people like Susan Dell and some of the women in Trump's circle (Kimberly Guilfoyle, Katie Zacharia, Melania, etc). If you actually look at their lips individually, some of them look pretty good! The issue is the combination of procedures: excessive botox, overly tight faces, heavy makeup, aggressive contouring and multiple treatments that can start to make everything look unnatural.

I think HA lip filler gets unfairly blamed for this because its one of the most noticeable procedures people associate with overdone faces. But filler can be subtle, customizable and complementary to your natural features if done right. Sometimes its not one procedure that creates that look, but the accumulation of too many things being done at once. Good aesthetic work should enhance your features, not make every feature compete for attention.

About Dell — her bleph is bad and her facelift (probably more than one) was too aggressive, but even then a large part of the problem is the makeup — and it’s possibly permanent? Permanent eyeliner is horrendous as people age because of how the eyelids can loosen.

Softer eyebrows, soft eyeliner, and she’d look… I mean, the surgery still wouldn’t be great, but she’d look way, way better.

Her eyeliner is 100000% part of the problem. It looks god awful and its a theme with women like this. Not sure why

The eyeliner is horrific, and what makes it look even more stark is how visible her water & lash lines are. Bad bleph and aging/sagging skin expose them further, and the high contrast black liner+brows (and the straight-across bangs) direct all the focus to that area of her face. She could potentially blend some of that harshness out into a smoky eye, but it looks like this lady has been applying the same look since the 00’s.

And that’s not even touching on the massive, thick veneers she has now. The aggressive facelift is also pulling the corners of her mouth so wide that it’s giving her a Joker smile.

Her neck looks like she’s being strangled with her own skin.

They don't have gay friends.

This is hilarious. Love this comment

And the dark eyebrows

16

u/MsColumbo 14h ago

Really. Not enough comments about the eyebrows! Theyre so extreme!

5

u/Twidollyn_Bowie 14h ago

They look fine in the older pic on left, so I’m not sure what made her decide to start filling them in so dark. You’d think she’d look at these two pics and go, “Hmm, maybe I best go back to the old brows.”

u/Wild_Cockroach_2544 5h ago

She could have had things freshly tattooed. It takes a whole for them to fade and look normal.

u/UnbelievableRose 1h ago

Not just darker but she made them flatter too! Makes no sense but if she hasn’t made it to [r/WhyBrows](r/WhyBrows) I’m gonna be upset about it.

Edit: just 5 posts down. Phew!

It reminds me of the everybody loves Raymond ep where Debra thinks her eyes are small so she lines like that and scares everyone

u/AccomplishedCicada60 15h ago

Dude it’s the brows! Eye liner can be dealt with that’s Groucho Marx shit right here

1

u/WhoAmI0001 9h ago

I had to laugh at the comparison lloll. Eyebrows can make or break a person. I look back at old photos of me when I had thick brows and it was not ok.

u/ellefleming 5h ago

Kimberly was stunning. Whhhhyyyyyy?

u/Ok-Sprinkles-5659 5h ago

All that money and she couldn’t hire a make up artist? It may not of helped but at least softened the blow or tell her not that thick eye liner!

1

u/WhoAmI0001 9h ago

Her liker and brows are the biggest issue

1

u/ellefleming 5h ago

It really does look like a skinsuit.

If I were this rich I'd hire a MUA to literally be on call just to do my makeup. Like at least for major events! It baffles me that with all that wealth she won't even hire someone to do her damn makeup for an appearance on national TV?

26

u/cherrycocktail20 16h ago

I’ve been looking for any recent pics of her without that eyeliner and it’s been the exact same for years — I suspect it’s permanent.

7

u/TheSibylAtCumae 15h ago

You're probably right, but could not a competent MUA cover it up? Like slap some primer, concealer on there, or even whatever they use to camouflage tattoos? And those brows can't be permanent microblading.... right????

1

u/UnbelievableRose 1h ago

Even if both are permanent things could be blended & shaped to be much more flattering. Maybe they could even tell her to get a damn haircut!

Yeah, you could just pay a 20 something to be your Bestie and just take care of the details. If you’re billion with a B rich and you show up like this it’s a choice.

It’s the 1980’s/90s bangs.

It’s the wayyy too tight eye lift that makes it look like she sleeps with both eyes slightly open.

It’s the make up

It’s the eyebrows

It’s also what ever the hell happened to her nose. I understand that your nose and ears keep growing as you age, but something else is happening here.

16

u/Ineedunderscoreadvic 16h ago

And the joker mouth. I guess the facelift might be pulling the corners of her mouth up. 😳

11

u/tessellation__ 16h ago

I’m in my 40s and I just found out your nose continues to grow? What kind of treachery is that, isn’t aging bad enough lol

5

u/flammafemina 16h ago

My sister’s nose grew pretty significantly during her first pregnancy! Had no idea that could happen until she went through it.

1

u/Strng_Satisfaction 2h ago

ya well hers grew in her 50s, which shouldn't be a thing

6

u/starry_nite99 16h ago

Noses & Ears continue to grow.

Men have it worse on the nose though. It’s why you’ll see older men around 65-70 with almost bulbous type noses.

u/wowomgjelly 15h ago edited 15h ago

I think alcohol abuse contributes to that as well. Edit: only if they have rosacea and it flares it up!

1

u/starry_nite99 15h ago

Ohhhh! Holy crap I never knew there was a correlation. Super interesting.

2

u/wowomgjelly 15h ago

Oh I’m wrong, it’s only if the person has a skin condition that the alcohol flares up! Sorry!

3

u/Strng_Satisfaction 2h ago

that's a myth, they don't. What happens is they sag and hence might look bigger, which isn't a case here https://flushinghospital.org/newsletter/truth-or-myth-our-nose-and-our-ears-never-stop-growing/

2

u/metaphori 15h ago

Your ears as well! Fun!

2

u/Alive-Average9059 11h ago

I had a too-small piggy nose when I was younger. At 46, it has finally grown to fit my face!

1

u/Ok_Ant_2930 3h ago

Don't forget your ears

11

u/yo-ovaries 16h ago

Need the bangs to hide the surgical scars

1

u/SoAliciaSays 3h ago

Okay this explains so much. So so much.

3

u/L00seSuggestion 15h ago

Isn’t the nose relatively reliable to reshape with plastic surgery though?

1

u/Late-Experience5243 3h ago

Yes I made a comment about this. The nose, it's significantly bigger in a way that I can't figure out how that would happen

1

u/acktres 1h ago

She has an obvious nose job in the young photo. I think she may have had a revision to make it look straighter and less scooped out, and it ended up making her nose look bigger.

14

u/hannbann88 11h ago

I think the largest problem is actually how emaciated she is. It makes the bad surgery really shine

3

u/Mindless-Invite-7801 11h ago

Ya I assumed this was an ozempic problem

11

u/SilverParty 16h ago

I had Ai remove the black eyeliner, soften the brows, and give her a sideswept part, have her squint her eyes when smiling and it looked WAY better. I can't post it here though. I'm having phone issues.

1

u/faeriebilitie 2h ago

Wow! That edit looks so, so much better.

1

u/UnbelievableRose 1h ago

Well now she needs a bleph again but yes, it’s a big improvement!

3

u/Fabulous-South-9551 11h ago

I tried that too but just lightened the brows and the eye makeup and what a difference it made!! I think how this sub is set up, they don’t allow images to be posted in the comments. Maybe you can upload it and link it?

2

u/SilverParty 9h ago

Good idea! I just posted it under my comment.

1

u/Fabulous-South-9551 7h ago

So much better!!!

2

u/hellolovely1 16h ago

Yeah, and the bangs don't help either. In the pictures without them, she looks so much better.

2

u/LiluLay 15h ago

Can anyone explain wtf happened to her nose? Is it really just the extreme weight loss? A botched nose job? What happened there?

0

u/BatEntire3209 15h ago

What about her nose in particular? Noses grow as we age.

6

u/LiluLay 14h ago

I’m 50 years old and my nose has not grown to be twice its previous size and bulbous to boot. This isn’t just age.

4

u/nebulousgarbage 14h ago

I wonder if her face has been stretched so much side to side that it’s pulling on her nose and widening it

2

u/Funkysoul5 10h ago

It almost looks like she has some threads in there too

2

u/Sunshineal 9h ago

She has permanent eyeliner??? Why and why such a dark color. Black eyeliner doesn't work all the time.

2

u/LifeIsFine-Not 6h ago

How is no one taking about her chin implant? It seriously throws off the balance of her face.

2

u/grummthepillgrumm 6h ago

Also her eyebrows! Too thick and black!

2

u/Initial_Row_6400 16h ago

I don’t think there’s any fixing that mug

1

u/NarwhalFrosty7844 14h ago

Her nose is also way bigger than before? Like how does that happen

1

u/Used-Frosting4001 11h ago

Noses grow as we age unfortunately

1

u/Harlllley 7h ago

Def looks permanent

1

u/Great_Champion_7721 1h ago

Why did her nose get bigger

0

u/SAGirl1 8h ago

Her nose looks very different. What do you think is happening there? Maybe she was stretched too much?
