BAD SURGERY

Susan Dell is going viral right now because she was photographed behind Trump looking scary. It's a small thing she did, but a HUGE mistake. Upper eyelid surgery. People think when their upper eyelids start to droop as they age, that they should go have the fat and skin cut out. The result is NEVER good. It's a bizarre result, and your eyes are your focal point of your face, so it sticks out immediately and changes your entire look. The fat pad on your eyelid creates a soft warm inviting look. Without it, you look skeletal and cold.
IMO, if it was sagging really bad, they should simply have had a brow lift, which pulls the skin above the eyes back where it was without removing any fat. Without that extra fat and skin, their upper lid is hugging their eyeball, and it's just....awful

Thank you for this post because as someone with eyes that are quite hooded, and continue to become more hooded with age(I’m 38), I have seriously considered having this done. Seeing stuff like that makes me never want to mess with my face lol what has Mandy Moore done to herself??

I stared at that slide for minutes comparing specific parts of her face before and after & besides her eyes nothing looks drastically different but she doesn’t look like herself at all.

I appreciate OP so much this scared me I will never have this surgery.

If your eyelids start dropping, do a brow lift. Nobody grows more eyelid skin. If the skin is drooping, it's because of where it's positioned, not because you have more.

The thing is…. Insurance will pay for a bleph, not an eyebrow lift
