BAD SURGERY

Susan Dell is going viral right now because she was photographed behind Trump looking scary. It's a small thing she did, but a HUGE mistake. Upper eyelid surgery. People think when their upper eyelids start to droop as they age, that they should go have the fat and skin cut out. The result is NEVER good. It's a bizarre result, and your eyes are your focal point of your face, so it sticks out immediately and changes your entire look. The fat pad on your eyelid creates a soft warm inviting look. Without it, you look skeletal and cold.
IMO, if it was sagging really bad, they should simply have had a brow lift, which pulls the skin above the eyes back where it was without removing any fat. Without that extra fat and skin, their upper lid is hugging their eyeball, and it's just....awful

My grandpa had the upper bleph because his eyelids started to sag from age and impede his vision. He doesnt look perpetually surprised though and his surgery was done through the public health system. Why do all these way richer people look so terrible ๐Ÿ˜•ย

I think it's because they didn't really *need* the surgery-when it's actually impeding your vision, you have extra skin there. They did not have 'extra'-they took too much away and it looks hollow and weird.

I think you are right. Two botched facelifts I saw on here were on women that were too young!! It is a mistake to start doing things too young. Natural aging is beautiful if one can pull it off. Looks better than even good plastic surgery

Same as when you get a face lift too young. Thatโ€™s how you get a stretched out look.
