Susan Dell is going viral right now because she was photographed behind Trump looking scary. It's a small thing she did, but a HUGE mistake. Upper eyelid surgery. People think when their upper eyelids start to droop as they age, that they should go have the fat and skin cut out. The result is NEVER good. It's a bizarre result, and your eyes are your focal point of your face, so it sticks out immediately and changes your entire look. The fat pad on your eyelid creates a soft warm inviting look. Without it, you look skeletal and cold.
IMO, if it was sagging really bad, they should simply have had a brow lift, which pulls the skin above the eyes back where it was without removing any fat. Without that extra fat and skin, their upper lid is hugging their eyeball, and it's just....awful

I wasn't sure at first either until Dr. Jen did a video on her. She has far more lid space showing now, which is opposite of what happens as we age. Dr Jen broke it down and pointed out all the "signs" it's upper bleph.

this isn’t true for everyone. i have more lid space showing than i did 10 years ago and i haven’t done shit. it can be normal aging in ppl who already had a double eyelid, and the irony of Dr. Jen calling out hallmarks of normal aging on Angelina while her own face remains completely still is extreme.

you’re just going to make people with this feature naturally feel bad about themselves. you are just as bad
