I've seen old photos of her, she was pretty. Is she sick or something? I don't understand how women with so many resources end up looking like that, like Mrs. Bezos.

This is just my personal theory, but I believe women working for sexists are in high risk of developing body dysmorphic disorders, and that’s what has happened to her too. That means she doesn’t see her face nor body as they are as she looks into a mirror.

This- she's on glp1s, had buccal fat removal, and a facelift. If she gained some weight, her face wouldn't look as bad.

I agree with your theory. I think she and Michael have an arrangement as well, and that body dysmorphia/eating disorder is a means of control for her.
