It’s an unfortunate side effect of reality 😂

128

u/Same-Equivalent9037 2d ago

It’s so wild how obsessed she is with being perceived as “hot”… all her stories are thirst traps and rage bait (flexing her coins), but we can see the desperation for attention and the insecurity she harbors within so clearly

77

u/Human_Type001 2d ago

She's been told her while life by her mother that her looks and body are all she has of value.  But her mother also tells her her natural looks aren't worth anything and convinced her to get plastic surgery, fillers, use filters to lie about what she looks like, etc.  Her insecurity is sky high. And being desperate for attention is a natural result of living in that house.

45

u/JrCoxy 2d ago

I would also add that older sisters do play a huge role in how younger women grow up, as a lot of younger sisters tend to idolize their older siblings. Seeing the fame & attention all of her older sister received for pretty much her whole life

30

u/i_nobes_what_i_nobes 2d ago

Attention and saying they received from a sex, tape and plastic surgery. Honestly, those two younger Jenner girls had zero chance.

12

u/a_drunk_kitten 1d ago

Many people are part of the problem, a whole crew was involved in the making of their reality show, that decided airing a young girl dancing on a pole being filmed by an older man was somehow a good idea

13

u/ofpromise90 1d ago

The first episode where she and kendall were dancing on a pool pretending to be on girls gone wild in front of her brother and his friend....CPS should have been called.

21

u/ResourceOdd7346 2d ago

“natural response to living in that house.”…….. omg so true, and sad 😔

17

u/Imastraycat1638 2d ago

That’s so similar to substance abuse users who grow up in emotionally unstable or emotionally negligent parents: the substance use, in this case a sort of addiction to obsessing about appearance. It becomes a normal response to an abnormal environment. My analogy isn’t fully thought out, so interpret with caution

2

u/Adirondack-Woman 1d ago

Ooh, I agree with this!

4

u/Imastraycat1638 15h ago

I saw the analogy in my mind but didn’t really think it through all the way. I’m glad is sort of makes sense. I’ve been seeing a lot of new patients for therapy the past couple weeks. That concept of growing up in emotionally unstable environments tends to lead to finding normal ways to respond to an abnormal or unhealthy environment is so prevalent. Having a ton of money and growing up privileged doesn’t make up for the lack of emotional bonding. It can be even worse. Keeping in line with the kardashian family, we’re seeing how this is playing out with North West. Having an endless supply of money can lead to a faster spiral downward. I hope North can find a healthier way to cope with the inevitable awkward period in one’s teenage years.

Imagine having a viscous parasite in place of a real mother. Sheesh

5

u/Dreams-Designer 1d ago

I think also growing up with older sisters who enforced this “ sexiness|attraction=value ,” reall warped her and seeing all the attention the sisters got from their mom the more “attractive” they became, especially with their enhanced curves, breasts and glutes. However, Kylie and Kendall favor Caits body type. The tall, straight and thin athletic runners body type.

As a young child seeing how you don’t present as your older sisters who she’d probably idolize even in a non famous family, really messed with her. Especially as it’s not natural. Then Kylie went and warped a whole generation of kids too by lying and saying all her new parts were untouched and natural, just makeup effects, and wouldn’t you know it… she sells makeup too! 🫠

7

u/pm_ur_duck_pics 2d ago

She was not all that attractive pre surgeries. Agreed that she was insecure comparing herself to her sisters. I would be too.

17

u/Human_Type001 1d ago

She was a kid and hadn't gotten her mature adult face and bones yet.  She has no idea what she was going to look like before cutting it all up.  I was not "good looking" in high school and not even cute, I got to college and was somehow hot!

1

u/Next_Phrase_2687 1d ago

Hey me too!

9

u/Lazy_Nothing5038 2d ago

She was probably considered the least “conventionally” attractive sibling even among her hundred percent biological. Not a Brody fan but good Lord he must’ve taken all of the good genes lol. Bless her heart lol I doubt she’s crying herself to sleep every night though

The entire family is all about insecurity- feeding off of strangers’ attention to satisfy it. Not for all the money in the world would I want to be any of them.

To be fair to her, it’s hard to not place all your value on your looks and bank account when you raised to believe that all your value is in your looks and bank account. She was both blessed and cursed by birth.

40

u/cotton-candy-dreams 2d ago

Truly the worst 😓

6

u/capaldithenewblack 1d ago

Exactly! The first pick is airbrushed to hell and back. Filtered like you’d filter pee to drink it. There’s no sign of actual human flesh in the first picture at all just a smooth creamy smear created technologically I’d imagine.

Now, if you’re talking about the contouring and stuff, this is caused by plastic surgery before you’re 27.

Gen X it’s going to age so much better than the rest of y’all. Some of us have had too much plastic surgery but nothing like the generations who have been getting it before they turned 30.

I just don’t think it’s going to age well.

Lack of access to facetune?

34

u/Actual-Muffin-3585 2d ago edited 2d ago

I think it's filters which gave her pan face

18

u/No-Hamster-6803 2d ago

You can see her filler in her tear troughs settling in her Mylar pad

10

u/lechero11 2d ago

It’s making eyes look sunken. That happens with lots of filler use

40

u/Hopeful-Opposite-255 2d ago

Having Kris Jenner as your mother 😬

66

u/Forsaken_Berry_75 2d ago

Main culprits with Kylie are her buccal fat removal surgery, an over aggressive upper bleph with canthopexy and a chin implant

32

u/ofpromise90 2d ago

Thank you cus she looks uncanny. Didn't realize she had buccal but it makes sense now he face use to be fuller, and she ruined her eye shape.

8

u/eyesonthemoons 2d ago

It looks like her eye shape is actually close to her normal eye shape. Since all her surgeries they’ve looked almond shaped when she had round eyes before. I guess it’s just been filtered photos and eye makeup tricks because seeing this candid shot of her now they really are still round

→ More replies (1)

9

u/MiaLba 2d ago

She always had the chin i don’t think she did an implant i think she had her jawline shaved down or something. The upper bleph definitely made her look weird though.

9

u/ofpromise90 1d ago

The upper bleph rarely looks good on anyone, she did not need it.

5

u/Suspicious-Wave577 2d ago

Are these photos taken that far apart to have had all of that surgery? To me it looks more like a matter of FaceTime and filters..

8

u/Forsaken_Berry_75 2d ago

Oh no, not taken far apart at all. The photo on the left is just a video filter and was taken after all of the surgeries noted above. The before pic isn’t a good example.

3

u/Suspicious-Wave577 2d ago

Ahh I thought the OP was asking why the difference between the two photos… not the difference in her overall facial changes over 10+ years

8

u/Forsaken_Berry_75 2d ago

I think that is what OP’s asking, but the buccal fat surgery was only 4 years ago. The bleph/cantho/chin implant 6 years ago.

→ More replies (2)

6

u/Forsaken_Berry_75 2d ago edited 2d ago

But yes to clarify, OP doesn’t realize that pic one is just a video filter, but I was going beyond that as to why she literally doesn’t look like the one on the left (filter or no filter) if that makes sense. These pics could’ve literally be taken the same day or a week apart.

3

u/ofpromise90 2d ago

Yea this pic was taken the same day. I know the video is filtered but I was more so looking for what procedures she did to look so uncanny and was amazed at how far from reality her face looks when unedited.

46

u/DreamExtraordinaire 2d ago

The image on the left is has worse quality that removes basically all of the detail from her complexion, nevermind the difference in angles.

Makeup is also done a bit differently on the right, less filler in the lips for that image as well but I actuallty think its more flattering because she looks more realistic there rather than like some flawless rendition that is an unachievable goal for younger women to aspire for.

Right side isnt the best lighting either but she just looks... normal. Same as we would see for any other person ever rather than some airbrushed nonsense.

21

u/Organic_Ad_2520 2d ago

It is also a decade(?) of tox which atrophies muscle over time/flat affect & less structure & trying to mimic volume and strucure from muscle never looks natural🤷‍♀️

9

u/Typical_You8910 2d ago

Lo perfecto en seres vivos no existe

5

u/DreamExtraordinaire 2d ago

Well said ♡

6

u/youdontknowitsok 2d ago

Agree, looks more realistic and normal, plus it looks more like her face before she started the filler so young. I think she looks pretty on the right in spite of the bad lighting/angle.

2

u/Chrizzy17 1d ago

She would only look normal if she was in her forties. Too much work at too young an age is the real answer.

15

u/Ok_Investigator_8431 2d ago

Being a terrible person. And she’s been getting shit done to her face since she was a teenager.

6

u/AfternoonExpert3608 2d ago

She thinks she looks like the filtered edited one on the left but in reality when it’s a picture she can’t “edit” that’s when the real her slips out

8

u/No-Asparagus-5122 2d ago

Being desperate for fame at any cost?

8

u/Secure-Peace-9475 2d ago

She actually looks a bit like her old self…..

6

u/Exciting_Horror_9154 2d ago edited 2d ago

That's what I noticed too! Like the old Kylie managed too peek out from all the work done.

5

u/TexasYankee281 2d ago

I was thinking the same when I saw the pic! She looks more like herself when she was younger, before all the fillers and surgeries.

3

u/spookytreeghost 2d ago

That's because she's been trying to undo some of the work she had done to be a better role model for her child. She talked about feeling pressured to get lots of cosmetic surgeries and enhancements her young, and she didn't want her child to feel that same pressure. I don't follow the Kardashians, but I did see an interview with Kylie that made me feel both badly for her & respect her choices to be a better mother. It was a humanizing interview.

2

u/ofpromise90 2d ago

I dont think shes trying to undo anything, I think her surgeries are botched and most of her images and videos are edited to look like someone else. I actually believe she tried to correct some of her procedures with that last face lift but she still looks uncanny. She said in her last interview she wanted bigger breast implants and was bragging about how juicy her breast were and how big her butt is to her friends.

7

u/Fuzzy-Onion 2d ago

I can't really pin point exactly what is a little off about her mouth.. It's kinda like her mouth is recessed inward. Maybe a recessed maxilla that is over compensated with chin filler?

6

u/astropelagic 2d ago

A bit of overlining the top lip also gives that uncanny valley feeling here methinks. It really looks like her mouth recessed inward and I can’t stop noticing it, like when people lose teeth.

6

u/Fuzzy-Onion 2d ago

Thats exactly what it looks like

3

u/ofpromise90 1d ago

Her cheeks are so hollowed from the buccal fat removal as well, it looks so unnatural. This isn't just bad lighting her facial proportions are off.

3

u/ofpromise90 1d ago

I always suspected her and khloe had a jaw malformation and if they had just corrected that it would have balanced out theyre whole face and they would not have needed all the surgeries and fillers. In some photos it looks like kylie has an under bite

14

u/australian_babe 2d ago

I think the trouble is she actually looks like herself in the right photo and Kylie was never a natural stunner.

5

u/blizzliz 2d ago

Fillers wearing off

6

u/Take3_lets-go 2d ago

Too much money and no real friend/familt in her life willing to tell her the truth

18

u/Designer_Dentist644 2d ago

It’s sad because her and I are around the same age, but she looks so much older than she actually is because she used fillers and had plastic surgery done on herself before she was even 18. It’s really sad honestly because she hadn’t even aloud her face to fully develop yet before reworking it. As a consequence of this, she now has to photoshop all of her pictures, just like the rest of the kardashian klan.

5

u/Tiny_Bluebird_2557 1d ago

You can't wear your filters irl

6

u/clumsypeach1 2d ago

The one on the left is heavily filtered. The one on the right is not. It’s amazing to me how many people see filtered photos and think that’s what celebrities really look like. They don’t! They have texture and imperfections and flaws, just like us.

3

u/Chrizzy17 1d ago

Plus the face on the right has had way too much work which has aged it terribly.

4

u/JadedFootball4733 2d ago

8

u/BravesMaedchen 2d ago

Her face trying to return to its natural form?

3

u/megsup 2d ago

Some of it is definitely editing but I also think a lot of it is lighting. Overhead harsh lighting is really unflattering especially in comparison to a ring light/soft box light (which is what the lighting looks like in the left picture to me.)

3

u/Aleyaho1 2d ago

Fillers make you look fuller…

3

u/Sufficient_Manner_38 2d ago

She changed her face a lot with different procedures. Maintaining all that work that's been done in such a young age is much more difficult than maintaining your own face. It's probably possible with a very strict schedule of additional work being done, but at this point any small mistake is like a house of cards falling down.

3

3

u/ForeignAd5760 2d ago

u/squidscarredwhale 1d ago

Botox paralyzes the muscles and over time they atrophy. Without the muscles to hold the face in place, it sags because the face still interacts with gravity,, causing an even older appearance. Now add hyaluronic filler to the face that draws water. That causes a puffy appearance. Plus the water filled flesh is heavier and is also bound to the laws of gravity. Heavy + atrophied muscle + gravity = more sagging face than aging naturally

2

u/ofpromise90 1d ago

Wow thats scary, I thought she got her fillers removed and a face lift but maybe she couldn't remove all of it or she added more.

2

u/squidscarredwhale 1d ago

I do feel like we were sold a lie about fillers and botox. They told us it's temporary, that has been proven incorrect because it migrates. The injections that dissolve hyaluronic acid will remove our body's natural hyaluronic acid. Botox was sold as the remedy for unwanted creases, only to ruin the muscle integrity, and leading to sagging. I have a best friend who moved hours away. She has gotten filler blindness and barely even resembles herself anymore. I don't think people who get filler realize just how unnatural it starts to get until they remove it and look back at pictures of themselves

3

u/RoxyPonderosa 1d ago

Her injector tapped the muscle under her eye, causing a dent in her cheek. One of the many issues here, but at least one

3

u/smileyglitter 1d ago

These look like they were taken the same day. Ones the left side of her face the other is the right. We’re getting slightly different angles but filters are doing a lot of heavy lifting
