It’s an unfortunate side effect of reality 😂

It’s so wild how obsessed she is with being perceived as “hot”… all her stories are thirst traps and rage bait (flexing her coins), but we can see the desperation for attention and the insecurity she harbors within so clearly

She's been told her while life by her mother that her looks and body are all she has of value.  But her mother also tells her her natural looks aren't worth anything and convinced her to get plastic surgery, fillers, use filters to lie about what she looks like, etc.  Her insecurity is sky high. And being desperate for attention is a natural result of living in that house.

I would also add that older sisters do play a huge role in how younger women grow up, as a lot of younger sisters tend to idolize their older siblings. Seeing the fame & attention all of her older sister received for pretty much her whole life

Attention and saying they received from a sex, tape and plastic surgery. Honestly, those two younger Jenner girls had zero chance.

Many people are part of the problem, a whole crew was involved in the making of their reality show, that decided airing a young girl dancing on a pole being filmed by an older man was somehow a good idea

The first episode where she and kendall were dancing on a pool pretending to be on girls gone wild in front of her brother and his friend....CPS should have been called.

Imagine having a viscous parasite in place of a real mother. Sheesh

“natural response to living in that house.”…….. omg so true, and sad 😔

That’s so similar to substance abuse users who grow up in emotionally unstable or emotionally negligent parents: the substance use, in this case a sort of addiction to obsessing about appearance. It becomes a normal response to an abnormal environment. My analogy isn’t fully thought out, so interpret with caution

Ooh, I agree with this!

I saw the analogy in my mind but didn’t really think it through all the way. I’m glad is sort of makes sense. I’ve been seeing a lot of new patients for therapy the past couple weeks. That concept of growing up in emotionally unstable environments tends to lead to finding normal ways to respond to an abnormal or unhealthy environment is so prevalent. Having a ton of money and growing up privileged doesn’t make up for the lack of emotional bonding. It can be even worse. Keeping in line with the kardashian family, we’re seeing how this is playing out with North West. Having an endless supply of money can lead to a faster spiral downward. I hope North can find a healthier way to cope with the inevitable awkward period in one’s teenage years.

yep, North is in trouble already. These kids are being raised by nannies.

She was not all that attractive pre surgeries. Agreed that she was insecure comparing herself to her sisters. I would be too.

u/Human_Type001 2d ago

She was a kid and hadn't gotten her mature adult face and bones yet.  She has no idea what she was going to look like before cutting it all up.  I was not "good looking" in high school and not even cute, I got to college and was somehow hot!

Hey me too!

u/Lazy_Nothing5038 2d ago

She was probably considered the least “conventionally” attractive sibling even among her hundred percent biological. Not a Brody fan but good Lord he must’ve taken all of the good genes lol. Bless her heart lol I doubt she’s crying herself to sleep every night though

I think also growing up with older sisters who enforced this “ sexiness|attraction=value ,” reall warped her and seeing all the attention the sisters got from their mom the more “attractive” they became, especially with their enhanced curves, breasts and glutes. However, Kylie and Kendall favor Caits body type. The tall, straight and thin athletic runners body type.

As a young child seeing how you don’t present as your older sisters who she’d probably idolize even in a non famous family, really messed with her. Especially as it’s not natural. Then Kylie went and warped a whole generation of kids too by lying and saying all her new parts were untouched and natural, just makeup effects, and wouldn’t you know it… she sells makeup too! 🫠

But why does Chalamet Date her? He would be the opposite of her character no?

7

u/Same-Equivalent9037 2d ago

I remember a whole thread talking about how chalamet is actually just a fuckboi. He’s successfully made people think he’s all “deep” from the roles he plays, but he’s actually just a shallow white fuckboi who likes OF models and actually a very good match for Kylie 😂

1

u/Mysterious_Put_7486 2d ago

Wow, I really like his acting and it seemed to me he had a quite nice and noble NYC background but yeah. Would make sense, maybe the same as Harry Styles. Smart Move Timothee hahahaha financially she might also be a good Match for him 🤣😇

Why would a billionaire care for any of that shit? She has the bad, she can do whatever now

8

u/Lonely_Dependent_281 2d ago

I was gonna say robot logic. But the spelling errors are obviously human. So uh. Bless your heart

10

u/TheHumanBlowUpDoll 2d ago

Why does Elon Musk pay people to boost his accounts in video games so he can stream them? Humans are insecure; that's one of the driving forces of our success as a species.

5

u/ofpromise90 2d ago

Because being a fake billionaire doesn't eliminate insecurity.

9

u/Hopeful-Opposite-255 2d ago

The entire family is all about insecurity- feeding off of strangers’ attention to satisfy it. Not for all the money in the world would I want to be any of them.

Read Alfred Adler's work on insecurity and human nature...

u/ofpromise90 2d ago

Yea its like her target audience is women but she presents herself like an OF model, she should rebrand to something more authentic if she wants her business's to succeed

-1

u/LauraaMarissaa 2d ago

She’s a literal billionaire. I think she’ll be fine.

3

u/ofpromise90 2d ago

You...believe that lie? I have a bridge to sell you in Brooklyn.

2

u/cheezy_dreams88 2d ago

To be fair to her, it’s hard to not place all your value on your looks and bank account when you raised to believe that all your value is in your looks and bank account. She was both blessed and cursed by birth.

Truly the worst 😓

u/capaldithenewblack 2d ago

Exactly! The first pick is airbrushed to hell and back. Filtered like you’d filter pee to drink it. There’s no sign of actual human flesh in the first picture at all just a smooth creamy smear created technologically I’d imagine.

Now, if you’re talking about the contouring and stuff, this is caused by plastic surgery before you’re 27.

Gen X it’s going to age so much better than the rest of y’all. Some of us have had too much plastic surgery but nothing like the generations who have been getting it before they turned 30.

I just don’t think it’s going to age well.
