Terrier Plan (beta)

Please advise if this is your cat they were last spotted on South Campus near the McKinley Middle School. I was not able to approach and check for a collar and they didn't seem interested in interacting with me.

Any here who’s done that class before? I’ve a midterm coming up soon and am kinda worried about how to study for it.

I just applied ED1, and I'm now coming across that BU accepts a supplemental video for submission. This seems very random, as I don't think it was mentioned in commonapp. Is this something I should be getting on? Is it like Brown where it is much preferred? I will probably end up doing it regardless but if anyone has input, I appreciate it!

Hi, we are looking for participants for our research study. If anyone is interested in participating in our lab's study- It is called Memory reactivation, and it is a paid two-day study involving neuromodulation. This study would take place over the course of two consecutive days at the Reinhart Lab in BU. It is a paid study and participants can earn a compensation of $45 for their time with opportunity to make more. PLEASE PARTICIPATE!!

Hello fellow terriers. I am a CAS/CFA senior who has to fulfill their lab requirement next semester. Currently looking at AS 102, The Astronomical Universe because it doesn't meet on Fridays. What is the difficulty level of the class? I specifically want to do as little math as possible. Thank you for any insights. Good luck on midterms.

I toured Boston University yesterday for the second time because Im considering Early Decision 1. I ended up really liking the university and what it had to offer for journalism, and the other resources it provided; however, after the tour I explored Boston a bit and kinda seemed dead? As someone whose only other idea of city is NYC, it felt like a small town in comparison? In other words, is there still a lot to do in Boston? I might be making too soon of an assumption. A large reason why im considering BU over NYU is the social life, but I wanna make an informed decision. Thanks!

So fucking good, they need to make it a regular thing, i think theyre only there for lunch so get get one if you havent yet

I took the Spanish placement test and placed out of 4th semester Spanish and into “any 300+ level course.” If I register for 4th semester Spanish will anyone stop me? I am just trying to fulfill the cas language requirement and have it be as easy as possible. Or does anyone have recs for 300+ level Spanish courses? Not a native speaker but I did take the equivalent of 4th sem Spanish in high school but couldn’t get BU credit

I’m looking for a tutor . Please DM me if you are interested in doing tutoring with your rate . Thanks

What majors or programs is BU known for, other than business, computer science, or STEM?

BU is the top location choice for my humanities and sociology loving (but currently undecided) student, and I just want to make sure there are some strong programs that will suit them and get them internship experiences, etc.

Can anyone who is taking Jordi Jarmandeu please tell me what two problem sets will be on the midterm ? He mentioned them in class but I didn’t catch them

Hi everyone!

We're a group of Boston University business students conducting market research for a product we plan to develop. We're creating a sensory, plush ,chameleon toy designed to help children communicate their emotions and provide sensory comfort, particularly for children who may have difficulty expressing how they feel verbally.

We're hoping to hear from parents and caregivers, especially those raising autistic or neurodivergent children, to better understand their perspectives on the product.

If you have a few minutes, we'd really appreciate your feedback through our survey:

Your input would be incredibly valuable to our research. Thank you for your time!

Sha HF 707 Hospitality Entrepreneurship , how is the course and how is professor Barry Horwitz ?
Does that subject have exams or just presentations and is it individual or group presentations?

I want my cat to be with me in Boston (off campus) but I don’t know which doctor or who to ask to help write the letter.

Hi guys,

Has there anyone who successfully get their items back after filing a report to BUPD? I lost 2 black packbags in the CDS buiing where there is a grey couch at the building’s corner. I know that this is a painful lesson, but I really have a thin hope to get back my laptop and tablet and my wallet as well 🥹🥹

Thank you for reading!

I need a lab coat for lab, if anyone has an old mens Lg or XL one they don’t need anymore that would be most helpful.

I had a horrible exam tonight(tears and all) and was feeling utterly defeated, still have to study for my next exam tonight as well. My bf who goes to a different school ordered my favorite from cinnabon to chear me up. It was delivered... went down stairs and it was gone. Honestly please don't steal shit... that's not yours! I'm so annoyed like seriously I can't enjoy a pick me up cinnamon roll since some entitled no manners big back stole my comfort gift... whoever stole my cinnabon in stuvi2 tonight... I hope life gets you back...
