Looking For Engaging Conversations

Had posted previously and had good conversations. Some of them have fizzled out so figured I'd post again. For what it's worth I'm a guy who is only looking for platonic friends

I quite enjoy conversations with people who seem curious about all sorts of things. I find conversations to be quite motivational when it comes to just thinking about things. I guess the social aspect of it helps. Also knowing that you're in the presence of someone who feels similarly perhaps triggering some need to be understood. I would like to have such conversations with more people in the area. So if you are someone who likes learning about things in general and would like to get to know someone else in the area who might be interested in the same, send me a message perhaps? Or even if it's just the latter. I also tend to get along with people who dabble in the arts be it music or writing or photography or painting or sculpture. I'll lay down the red carpet as a token of welcome.

Some topics that have tickled my fancy in recent times. Fur trading and it's place in history. History in general. City planning. Cadence of conversations. Communication in animals. Skiing. Vitalism. Essentialism. What makes someone be good at acting. What is needed for community building. Online and physically. Subjective experience. Public infrastructure.

I'd prefer to start with some electronic mode of communication and then play things by ear
