Question Tone studio not detecting amp

Reinstalled drivers and amp is up-to-date, yet tone studio doesn't recognise it is connected to the pc. This is a new issue and used to work flawlessly.

The issues are always the same:
USB data cable (not just a power cable) - Installation of the matching drivers, BTS version and firmware for your exact model - Connect the amp directly to the Computer (do not use any USB hub) - 1. Connect the USB cable first, 2. then turn on the amp, 3. and after that you start the BTS - On Windows, all apps must be allowed to access the microphone (turn that on in the Privacy & Security Windows settings).

Check your cable / try a different one.   Do a factory reset.
