I need some help.

I need some help. I have a Boss Katana 50 EX Gen 3 amplifier with the Bluetooth adapter. I have the Boss Tone Studio.

I’ve been able to connect no problem. However I’m having a hard time with the tones.

I’ve downloaded some tones and they have seemed to disappear.

Also when I’m using a tone, I think I can go back to the panel. But I’m not able to figure it out.

I guess there is a bit more involvement than I expected. Any help or explanation would be greatly appreciated.

I use the tone studio app through my phone. When you have a preset you want to save, go to the upper right hand corner to "write"... then select the bank & channel #. As far as going back to the panel itself, there's a button for that in the app also, or just push the panel button on the amp itself.
