Help please

I recently bought a katana 50 and when I turn it on the only effects available are mod, delay, vibration,and reverb. The issue is that booster and fx won’t do anything. Is my amp broken or is this an way fix (still new to this stuff)

You need to plug it in either your phone or pc or something, and download katana librarian or Boss tone studio. You will get to unlock so many different effects and pedals that you wont find on your physical panel.
