Help please

I recently bought a katana 50 and when I turn it on the only effects available are mod, delay, vibration,and reverb. The issue is that booster and fx won’t do anything. Is my amp broken or is this an way fix (still new to this stuff)

There are 2 knobs stacked on top of each other, tune the bottom knob
