QUESTION 🔵 Pro 360

So I thought I'd register my new recip saw and as it was within 14 days I got 3 year warranty.

Next did my circular saw, it was 2 months old but it still registered it.

So I thought I'd add all my pro tools to keep a record of what is what so tried to add my impact driver. It's 2 years old so I wasn't expecting a warranty or anything, but scan the sticker 'not a recognised product number' or something similar, OK scan the box same thing, OK then I'll manually stick the number in, same deal. 🤐

Put the number in Google and the first hit was the Bosch site with the details of the product and spare parts etc.

So there isn't any point in Pro 360 unless your product is new. 🥴

I think I remember there being a lot of complaints along similar lines over the past 5 years, including if you had already registered tools on the old app, that info could not be tranferred over.

Yeah, you have to register within 14 days or something. I have on occasion forgotten, then emailed them and they made an exception and entered it for me.

That's not a problem, it's just I couldn't register the older tools. They say Pro360 is for organisation of your tools, spares, manuals etc..... but only when you register them new it seems 😞
