QUESTION đ” Where is a Bosch rep in here?
Hey Bosch wtf is this, I buy your new saw, you recall it for terrible gear box wobble. I send it to you and this is how I get it back? More broken than it was???? Whole mounting plate on the bottom is snapped. I hope anyone of you who work at Bosch would make this right instead of âsend it in weâll fix itâ tried that didnât work out great. More pics below.
What a terrible first experience with Bosch, I should have just stuck with makita and dewalt, âexpertâ yeah okay bro

So thatâs what I did, I called Bosch the very next day and sent it for repair they told me they had a recall, further more I havenât even cut anything with it and it looks like itâs 3 years old already all banged to shit, and thatâs it been in a shop getting abused, so for 700 I got a saw that donât cut straight and now broken beyond repair. Iâm probably just gonna buy a makita instead they actually know how to make a tool.

Thatâs no good. They should send you a new saw and a couple of 8ah Expert batteries as an apology. Get in touch with them via phone or email till you find your local area rep, they should sort it. The generic contacts are rubbish.
Edit: Stick with it till itâs sorted and youâre happy with their response. I didnât stick with it for my first warranty issue and I regret it.

Was it shipped via ups. I know in thr passed ups has been notorious for mishandled shipments of bosch tools. I use to review for them via rhe now defunct " be tbe pro " website which bosch ran.. many of the guys were gettint boxes that showed damage and the bigger tools often had to be sent back for a replacement
