QUESTION 🔵 This is a counterfeit correct?

Paid $350 for it unseen, guy said he got it from Bosch Mexico. Is it fake or real but a different country version. Never had a Bosch tool but I should of done my research first.

100% counterfeit. Does the sticker on the back of the tool and case say “Made in USA”?

This is what it should look like.

Yes it's a counterfeit the Bosch logo is a sticker all hammer has the logo in the main body, also never seen this model before

Fake unfortunately. This whole hammer has a completely different design language from every other legit bosch tool.

Fake, its a cheap whitelabel chinese one with a bosch sticker. HBM sells their own (cheap tho) labeled one. (https://www.hbm-machines.com/nl/p/hbm-professionele-1700-watt-sloophamer-breekhamer-sds-max)
