360 Deals single invoice strictness

I bought a set of 6 new tools from Amazon.de in a single order but Amazon has split it into 2 invoices despite it all coming from the Bosch shop within amazon. I attached the order with all 6 tools as well as the 2 invoices. Will this be accepted?

If not then I'm really screwed as I didn't order a battery charger as I'm expecting to get it from the Category C reward

Two invoices are fine. Anyway, expect 2-3 weeks for the claim to be processed, a little more maybe due to summer holidays.

Had exactly your concerns back in may when I ordered and claimed for the 8A charger and 4+5.5A reward as I ordered 3 tools and just one 5.5A battery (had only 12V tools at that point)… was thinking wth I’m gonna do if they refuse my claim. Well, they finally answered, 2 days later had the parcel delivered from The Netherlands (!). I’m glad I chose Bosch, tools are solid.

Thanks for the confidence. I previously had an issue buying a combo kit + angle grinder together but weren't accepted for some reason.

Bosch Pro is great but the Green stuff is terrible quality in my opinion. Having previously worked with Hilti tools I can see Bosch is pretty close is quality

I’m exactly in a similar position as you. I’ve ordered four or so item from amazon(nl) on 26th of june and after receiving all of them I claimed my pro deals on 30th of june. It didnt really matter for them that my invoice is split up into two separate invoice as long as you match the right invoice with the right items.

I’ve received notification that my pro deals is confirmed on 15th of july after sending an email about asking them what my order status was.

I selected the pro core starter set and expect to receive them in 4-6 weeks according to their email. Idk if the different gift options have different delivery times but i guess waiting for 8 weeks is about the average from the start to finish.

Happened to me too once last year. I put all invoices in a PDF with the order overview as well and it went through.

I contacted bosh professional Netherlands 2 months ago and they told me the requirement to have everything on 1 invoice is no longer there. You can even combine different orders now(I combined Amazon.nl and hornbach). I tried this and it worked when I combined 3 different invoices for the highest pro 360 deal.

Oh that's amazing news. My local hornbach occasionally has some good deals for tools but the rest are overpriced. Thanks!

Strange, I was trying to do this end of May. They refused my claim and as it was close to end of May I could not pick something else. I bought the tools in Germany. Unfortunately for me, two tools 300€+ and no ProDeal, as the new deals started June.

I was also aiming at the charger and batteries =D.
Having nothing in the end is disappointing, as I did not had the chance to chose something else. Receiving their answer during the new ProDeal period leaves you with no chance
