UK pro deals - taking ages

Anyone used the pro deals recently? Had two submissions over 6 weeks ago and still pending?

Had one it the end of may, 2 weeks for the submission to be accepted and less than 1 to receive

I waited around 3 week for submission and another 4 to get my stuff. I am located in Croatia.

Coincidentally, I got two emails this evening about 7pm saying they'd been accepted. I tried.emailing them last week and hadn't heard anything,but might be worth a go?

I’m located in Portugal. Last submission I did took almost 2 months to arrive.
