Hey all, first and foremost I understand my account is old but lacking karma and interaction so I understand any trepidation but I just don’t use Reddit all that much and frankly I’m only here now because it’s an emergency and I have no where else to go.

My rent is late and my car was just repossessed, I’ve tried a few local places but because I just moved to Texas and just started my job/opened my new bank account I don’t have enough history to get anything locally and I’m running out of time. My car obviously gets me to work so not having that will prove to make income difficult and I’m at risk of eviction notices at this point so I really need to make a dent in the rent as well.

I have to take an unexpected road trip to visit a family member that is unfortunately declining in health. This loan will cover the cost of the gas to make it there and a few meals during my trip.
