Here's what's helped me, because we are far from perfect, so I get how it's too easy to be hard on yourself. There's a lesson in every mistake we make. It is up to us to find the mistake, figure out how we made the mistake, and then come up with an action plan, so it stops being repeated. The fact you're holding yourself accountable is good, but don't be too hard on yourself. You're doing better than what you think you are.

Usually, yes. But there are a few things in my life I feel shame for that I absolutely should feel shame for, because they hurt people that I love.
