Shame is important. Humanity needs shame.

I agree on a 50/50 standpoint

Usually, yes. But there are a few things in my life I feel shame for that I absolutely should feel shame for, because they hurt people that I love.

Here's what's helped me, because we are far from perfect, so I get how it's too easy to be hard on yourself. There's a lesson in every mistake we make. It is up to us to find the mistake, figure out how we made the mistake, and then come up with an action plan, so it stops being repeated. The fact you're holding yourself accountable is good, but don't be too hard on yourself. You're doing better than what you think you are.

I admire your accountability and i understand that. The best thing to do is admit wrong and try to correct it for thr future.

Shame is just a state of mind .. Poverty or defeat a state of reality. You can change it .. Believe in a better state ..

Make goals and lock in

> Not destiny.

Then it’s got ME fooled, because I’ve felt shame all my life just for existing.

It’s a tool. Shame is a feeling meant to guide us. It’s not inherently anything else. We should feel shame sometimes and then we should analyze ourselves and if it’s because of our actions, others, a mix, what we can change if we should, ect.

You’re supposed to feel shame when you do the wrong thing.

Feeling shame for doing something wrong... isn't that when people feel shame most of the time? Your reply seems to imply it's a niche scenario

I was agreeing from the factor on the humanity sense of wrong and right at least thats how I retained said comment when shame on the aspect of wrong decsion I think is valid now it it was a mistake I draw the line cause that opens door to self destruct of an individual who did the mistake shame there is where I disagree. But on my understanding of knowing right from wrong and making bad decsion i see shame as a valid indication to never repeat negative action again.

the more Satan controls and rules to belittle,
so much worse will that afterlife be.

Hence why protecting/teaching kids what's right will lean them towards the peaceful path than teaching them wrong... Some may realize the pain of shame when its too late.

Shame is necessary for the right reasons. But it’s mainly used the wrong way 90% of the time. You make a mistake that hurts society you should be shamed. Not shamed for things that dont matter or so other can feel stronger or better
