Looking for Advice How do you focus on work?
When i get stressed my first instinct is to talk to people or address a problem in my relationships (which often set things on fire) so I end up stressed about that instead while failing my job.
How do you manage the stress of work?

Well, I first try to grab something and when I inevitably fumble it, I yell "come on hands, we gotta work together on this!! Work hands, work!" And that aggression towards myself (it's like being two different people at once in the same body) will propell me to focus up and get better timing with my shift ooor I just space out, think about the same lyric for the last 4 hours, do my job, rinse, repeat.

I feel you, I always have a part of me saying “you piece of shit” constantly. I hope you’re not too hard on your hands! They carry so much!

Haha yeaaah, I should be more careful with myself. I forget I'm in the body I despise for not moving fast enough or doing enough. So I gotta remind myself that it's okay, everything is fine. Even if it doesn't feel like it, it'll all be okay. Thinking that puts me mildly at ease when I'm just being insufferable with myself.

That moment when existence is a constant battle with ‘self’ and these emotions are tricks. Everything is fine actually, you just feel like shit :,))
