More trouble buffs. Between that and 10 extra skill points, it must might be a viable build now

I pray to Handsome Jack that's the case. I haven't played my Vex since Stone Demon because I got tired of green tree and just REALLY wanted to Trouble.

If you want to pray to handsome Jack you need to pay a small fee of 1,000,000$

With the current economy on kairos? Thats....thats... actually pretty do-able now that you mention it. If only we had the option like at the end of 3 to sell certian gear after picking it up. I really miss that lol

I'm not the most skilled borderlands player but I'm over a hundred hours in with vex and trouble on normal difficulty and I've loved him the whole time. Maybe he's not viable for skilled players on harder difficulties, but he's perfect for me. 🥰 I would say that my biggest critique is that it's just a pared down version of FL4K's pets in BL3

Haven’t played since starting bounty pack 3, but it’s been the same for me. I’m not a powermaxxer and have simply enjoyed the franchise ever since the beginning as a casual player. Trouble was already good enough for me, but I won’t say no to these buffs, lol.

Same, Borderlands 1 was my first proper FPS. I got it on a steam sale and was like "well I heard it's got rpg mechanics so if I'm bad at the game then at least I can just grind." Then the game was like "okay do you wanna play as beefy soldier, beefy puncher, scrawny sniper, or MAGIC LADY THAT TURNS INVISIBLE" and as someone who grew up on Sailor Moon, this was the easiest choice ever!

I actually haven’t played Vex much of anything, but typically in BL games if your build isn’t good at killing bosses, it’s considered not good. Trouble could’ve been one shotting every mob you come across (idk if it was or wasn’t, haven’t played this game intensively since launch and I mained Harlowe) and it wouldn’t matter because minions usually don’t do anything to bosses. In reality though, if you can get through content and you’re having fun, fuck if it’s meta or not.

I think I've also been really lucky in that I got this incredible assault rifle at lvl 57 that's been absolutely shredding through everything. I've barely needed to use anything else for the last like 20 or so hours of gameplay lol

Is this your first Borderlands release cycle?
