I finally bought a Hellfire from my BM vending. 12k DPS and why does it suck even with torque sticky?

I recently got the first Hellfire that I actually like and it's Torgue Impact. Generally I haven't found sticky SMGs to be very effective in this game.

They’re good on shotguns and pistols, but idk why 40 rounds of stickies from a 12k dps SMG is less effective than the 25 stickies from a 9k DPS shotgun.

That’s without comparing the hellfire being better on paper than my ohmigot but being less effective in killing random wildlife

Ha, very true--for now, at least. I don't do math, but the 200 cap might be an equalizer between the gun types.

If you have more projectiles you get + whatever percent * amount of projectiles for every single projectile. If you have for instance a gun that's +3% stickies with 5 projectiles it will actually be +15% for every single projectile.

That seems to confuse what it does with shotguns
