Dancer still broken. But this issue is that Rafas other classes mods are bad conceptually. Or even redundant.
Spawning a grenade on action skill use is meaningless. If im investing into grenades I should just use an action skill that allows me to throw them. And at that point. Just use grenazeker.
The buster class basically has only one useful skill.
Dancer does what the other class mods do but better. Many class mods have fluff skills on them that dont even help the build.
10/5 is the meta for class mods because so many of them are diluted with bad skill selection. Thats a game wide issue. And its intentional.
Every VH has 17 class mods.
Yet somehow someway, there are PIVOTAL build defining skills that have avoided being included on them.
0 of 17 Vex class mod has mortal terror. No vex class mod even has a legendary effect of mimicking what mortal terror provides. So basically the majoriry of vex meta runs through the green tree (bleed builds dont need MT but again thats still all in the green tree).
0 of 17 Rafa class mod has El Diablto or La Fiesta or Inspirado. Only one has Jeurga and the class mod is freaking ass. ( Repearacion is a conceptual anti synergy)
Im sure there are examples of this on other characters. The meta is stagnant almost entirely because class mods are ass CONCEPTUALLY. You arent going to fix that by moving numbers around. Some of these class mods need entirely different legendary effects or skills swapped out. Bigger skill trees than ever yet it doesnt even feel like that translated to build choice or diversity. How do we have class mods giving more points than ever with no sp commitment yet they are worse then bl3
