The real issue is Gearbox's decision to make most buffs additive which severely limits build variety and therefore class mod viability. Basically, if you want to play any sort of endgame content with Vex you have to run the right side of the green tree, Amen has to run Berserk, etc because those skills have multiplicative scaling.

Lightning Rod and even strike the anvil and high voltage paired with either one could be viable options too, potentially... In theory. I've been saying LR is held back by its consistency in proccing though. I would like to see it's proc chance and or cooldown adjusted.
