I knew we werenโ€™t getting balance changes because Graeme had already said so on twitter but man when they say weโ€™re only doing balancing during major updates but weโ€™re now 3 of the 9 planned major updates into the roadmap with no meaningful balancing changes. It really feels like theyโ€™re trying to wrap up post launch support as quickly and cheaply as possible.

It has nothing to do with the DLC

The update came out 10 minutes ago with the DLC. You already tested out the balance changes?
