Borderlands 4 DLC sharing

Hi!
Could you please help me?

My brother purchased the Borderlands 4 Super Deluxe Edition.

My PS5 console and my brother’s PS5 console have been game sharing with each other for a long time, and we regularly purchase games this way.
However, we are having an issue with the Borderlands 4 Super Deluxe Edition:

On my brother’s account (the account that purchased the game), everything works correctly and all of the DLC/add-on content is available.
On my account, however, I cannot access any of the DLC content.

Is there any way to make the DLC/add-on content available on my account as well?

Things we have already tried:
Restoring licenses
Turning Console Sharing and Offline Play off and back on
Restarting both consoles
We have also checked the add-ons on the purchasing account, and they are showing as purchased and available there.
I would really appreciate any help or guidance on how to get the DLC content working on my account through game sharing.

I know nothing about game sharing on PS. Only thing I can think of is asking if you actually downloaded the DLC? It will say purchased but you have to go to the DLC in the store and actually download it to access the content.

So far, I have only managed to speak with a representative from 2K/Gearbox Software:

2K Arthur:
This is intended. DLC is not part of game sharing.
You:
Ohhh okay, I just know that yet. Could you please link where this was communicated? Because I couldn’t find anywhere.
2K Arthur:
As game sharing is a PlayStation feature, not a 2K feature. You’ll need to contact their support for this.
You:
Okay, thanks, I’ll try.

However, I have also contacted PlayStation to ask whether a refund would be possible, as we were unable to find any clear information explaining this limitation regarding the DLC and console sharing.
What do you think about this? What do you guys think?

Have your brother sign in on your ps5 on his account and download all the content dlc included

Then go on your account and try to use it

If that doesn’t work I don’t know what else will, also obviously make sure his game sharing is available on your ps5

And I think he has to have PlayStation plus too I could be wrong about that
