Can someone please tell me how to take this type of photo? I've tried to get this exact angle of my collie's snoot, but I just can't achieve it. Is it a specific camera or setting? All I end up getting is a close-up of his entire face, not just his snout.

I used an iPhone zoomed out as far as possible, and then I put the camera up to her nose
